RETURNS
Non-consumable goods
Any faulty goods, equipment or merchandise must be returned unused in its original packaging to Landmark Speciality Coffee Ltd Unit 8B The Stamps Ind Est, Rising Sun, Callington, Cornwall PL17 8JE.
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Non-faulty goods must be returned at your own cost and you must provide evidence of having returned the item.
We will arrange collection of faulty goods from you using our own courier service providers, you will be required to be available for a nominated collection.
Consumable goods
Subject to assessment by our customer service team, as a consumable product, we will only replace or refund coffee that is found to be faulty or damaged in any way as a result of the manufacturing process.
